I use endeavorOS with my 3070 and if runs great. Better than what I could get from Pop and nobara when I evaluated them months ago
The default phones set only report in when it’s one of a few devices contributing to the location of a lost device. You have to go in to settings to change it to report for all devices all the time which would make it more useful when not lost in a place like an airport or shopping center.

I have an all Ubiquiti setup and only use local accounts for everything. UDM Pro, 2 8 port switches and 2 APs, U6Mesh and another older AP. One of my accounts had me turn on MFA but every device still let’s me use a local account with a password and ssh key. Do you know what devices are forcing that?
Started playing and currently addicted to XCOM Enemy within. Started playing on PC but thought it was old enough I could continue it on my deck. Only the expansion enemy within launches so had to start over but my first play through was NOT going very well at all. Really enjoying that game and picked up XCOM2 for $3 a few days ago.
Same I’ve been reading up on it and still skeptical but going to get a few tags here in a few months.
Reading up on the blog posts and technical overviews for the new Find My Device network all of it seems well anonimized and local device to device coms not using GPS, and can be declined if needed.
I will say I have an RTX 3080 and AMD CPU and had issues gaming with fedora, Nobara and PopOS just a few months ago, endeavorOS is the only thing that hasn’t had or caused issues. Been running it for a couple months now
You can run the logs command against a label so it will match all 36 pods
I am running EndeavourOS which is arch wrapped in an installer and easy updater oneliner to update all your system and AUR packages. Still do have to interact with pacman and yay to install most things but really gives you a leg up to get started.
May have to explore this, I still run influxdb and telegraf for a push metrics operation instead of pull like prom. Things have been smooth for a while but a couple months ago disk temps and metrics stopped working with no errors or missing plugins
Unrelated but reading through what might be the issue I’m stealing ducking around, idk how I never thought of that!
I gave PopOS a shot 2 months ago, just the latest nvidia iso from the time, not sure which display manager but having better luck now with Wayland and KDE 6. I do run dual 1440p 144Hz VRR monitors and I think most Linux OSs struggle with that, hoping to try Nvidia driver 555 with explicit sync.
Looks like it’s available as a flatpak https://flathub.org/apps/org.freedesktop.Platform.VulkanLayer.gamescope
Do other games launch and run fine? My two cents is I had to switch to arch (endeavor OS) with my 5600X3D and 3080 to get games to run at all, didn’t have much luck with PopOS
Hey! Finally gave it a go this morning but ran into some headaches pointing to existing dockerized mysql and postgres containers on unraid. I reached out in discord this afternoon but setting up auth according to the docker-compose on the site and github I get lots of errors about missing tables or properties during the database initialization.
I don’t have a pixel (literally) though so graphene isn’t an option but thanks.
Only two I’ve thought through naming are
Roshar - Unraid server where 90% of apps/services live.
Cobalt Guard - Ubiquiti UDMPro
Maybe Knight Radiant or a character who is one, or even one of the orders would have fit better for protecting roshar but I like how cobalt guard sounds for a FW
The 48V system and the binder Tesla sent to other auto manufacturers of how to finally do it is a great example. Videos I’ve seen on it made it seem really really cool, hopefully other manufacturers follow suit
I had an unlocked S20, didn’t come with Facebook or any extra bloat besides the Samsung duo apps, uninstalled a couple of them myself and updates were just a restart and it works similar to one plus phones I’ve had. My wife got an S23 from our carrier and hers came with carrier apps, McAfee security, Facebook, etc and every update she got ads and all kinds of weird popups. I think the carrier devices are giving the bad rap
Was just about to comment I manually upgraded to 555 and Firefox crashes every so often, running a game for 12 minutes was smooth
