I like the games but hate Amazon so I’ll skip it.
But hopefully the show itself is good.

Someone, for the love of god, just announce when Silksong will come out, already.
I was telling a bunch of friends to not be surprised when Animal Well ended up on a bunch of GOTY lists.
And they were like, “Nahh” until they played it when they were like, “Ahhhh.”
From top to bottom it’s one of the most interesting and well put together games I’ve played in so long.
Oh, lame.
I like The Division 2 a lot and have spent almost zero time in the PVP zones in my couple hundred hours.
I hope the pivot is just over to The Division 3.
That’s true, but at least then you didn’t have to listen to Chadley before each one, ha.
These new games actually make me like the OG FF7 more, if that’s possible. Or, at the very least, make me like the world and characters more since they aren’t just cuboid freaks. 7 was never my favorite of the bunch even though it’s the most popular, but I sure as heck spent 100 hours in Rebirth doing most of the side content.
It’s a very good game hindered only by the fact they there’s not a minigame Square said “No” to.
I was just thinking about Discovery because I need to watch this week’s episode.
This is like, “Tell me you’ve never watched Star Trek without telling me you never…”
Yikes
Sorry, Mark, so long as Meta is attached to the headset I’m not going to buy it.
I don’t even let Meta websites into my house. I have all that blocked at the DNS level.
I’m just hoping “tap X to run” is not the default any more.
I’d say Helldivers does punish you if you try to push too hard too fast. It’s really easy to get overwhelmed with enemies.
I’m hoping they are able to squash all the little bugs soon, for sure.
PC or PS5?
I’ve had some bugs on PS5 over the weekend, but fortunately not enough to really get frustrating.
Helldivers 2 is so good.
Something about a non twitch shooter where you have to think about your squad a little bit feels so good in a sea of 360 no scope garbage. My last favorite online shooter was The Division 2, so maybe tight, squad gameplay is just my thing.
The missions can get a little samey, but since the terrain always changes it’s still nice to explore around and have new experiences. But also it feels like there is so much room you add new missions and planets and bad guys.
Finally, a live service game that kind of makes sense thematically.
Please just give us what we want: micro-transactions to paint the taxi different colors and then a skin for $50 to change the taxi into a London black cab.
Then it will truly be AAA
I like how the switch had two Zelda games that are still more mechanically impressive than all the open world games on “better” systems.
Oh yeah, I forgot about Crisis Core.
The second game of the FF7 remake series comes out in a couple of weeks.
My understanding is that there will be three games.
I need to preorder this this weekend.
