Same if any of the non-partisan law associations said the person wasn’t qualified enough. So most judges were well qualified and if they were more conservative or liberal wasn’t as big of a consideration. There were plenty of “conservative” judges appointed judges nominated by democratic and vice versa. This all change with Mitch McConnell blocking Merrick Garland appointment to the supreme court who was suggested as the more moderate alternative. This lead to the hyper partisanship of the supreme court we see now with the trump appointees. This is why trust in the organization has eroded so fast. Since it all happened so fast and judges are acting much more politically instead of following law and precedent

I always wanted to have to play a Hedgewitch who had a broad magic with a large number of first level spells and breaks some of the rules of magic. Its a Land Druid 2, Divination Wizard 2, Life Cleric 1, Land Druid 3+. The idea is he has heavy armor, wizard, cleric and druid spells which allows him to do lots of different types of magic with multiple ritual casting spells. With all of the subclass features he will be better at getting spells back from short rests, better healing from each spell, divination dice and the most flexible spell slots.

I think it would be fun as either the only magic user or as a backup magic user to fill all needs and niches.

Got to love a Fake Wizard. I wanted to play one who was a wizarding student who was grandfathered into a wizard school (literally his grandfather founded the school) who got expelled for messing up so bad he almost destroyed the entire school. The accident would have bound him to a celestial somehow which is why he is a scourge Aassimar and Zealot barbarian. He has these powers he doesn’t know where they are coming from and are slowly changing him into something less human and more divine.

He would of course still have a quarterstaff, wearing school robes, have a arcane sigil on his shield and be convinced he is a new type of wizard. He would have cantrips and some magic but doesn’t understand how or why.

I have two concert that were amazing on the top of my mind. The first was the Taylor Swift Eras tour (which I know is a little lame and cliché but who cares) and the second was Cut Copy at First Avenue. Taylor Swift was just an amazing show with dancing, costume changes, fireworks and most importantly everyone there was so into it. The sounds of an entire stadium singing along to every song was amazing and with my earplugs the sound quality was still great. It was an EVENT with everyone there all the way in.

Cut Copy I went to in college with a bunch of buddies a little drunk and high. It was one of my first shows at First-Avenue which is amazing venue since every space has a great view with an intimate look at the stage. The crowd was all dancing their heart out the entire show and they had a awesome light show. My buddies and I all brought flasks and joints which we were passing around to strangers and friends alike in the crowd. It was just an amazing time all around and giving out free drugs and alcohol while in college felt like a baller move. Really all the shows at First-Avenue are amazing and haven’t seen anything bad there
