Hello from another self hosted instance comrade!
Vagabond is about a ruthless samurai warrior going on a journey to become “Invincible Under the Sun”, eventually coming to learn about the value of life and what he truly wants out of his life. It’s a masterpiece of a story that I think everyone should read.
Manjaro will break on you a lot more often than EndeavorOS will because of their release schedule. Should be ok if you stay away from the AUR but that kinda defeats the biggest selling point of using an Arch-based distro in the first place. Manjaro is the one and only distro that I actively ward people away from.
ngl, i dun got nothin just wantd to irk you
I also use Arch but I’d honestly be totally open to switching to Debian. I see no reason to hop though, the AUR just makes things too convenient. I run Debian on both of my home servers and it’s totally bulletproof. Those servers do not crash.
As the rest of this thread seems to be saying, yeah Bitwarden seems to be the way to go. I’ve been using it for years and it’s way too convenient not to have (not to mention the security benefits).
Liftoff and Thunder are my two favorites until Boost for Lemmy comes out.
Deemix is how I get access to .flac downloads. Yea, I still am paying for Deezer, but it’s also technically still piracy. I have 345.7 GiB of music downloaded currently on my NAS and I play it with DeadBeeF or foobar2k if I’m on Windows.
No, no. I think I actually was the one who made this.
Thanks a ton!
Deezer so that I can use Deemix to download .flac from their library
Jellyfin, Shoko + Shokofin (anime metadata/organizer), separate NAS to store my music and videos. Games are just stored on my desktop.
Liftoff is the best one I’ve tried so far
Liftoff is what I’m using and probably what I’ll stick with until Boost or Sync for Lemmy is released. Hell, I might stick with it even after that. Development is progressing quickly and it’s the smoothest out of any of the apps I’ve tried.
ani.social
I love that lol.
Is there somewhere in the docs that explains how to configure your instance to compress images like that?
Same. Closer to tech paranoid for me I’d say. Only reason I don’t run DWM + Gentoo anymore is because of time, but the control freak in me gets ever so tempted to reinstall it once again.
Pikmin 2 and OMORI
I’ve also noticed that the website runs way smoother than reddit ever did for me which is a big plus
These comments are starting to make me think that driving tired is as bad or worse than drunk driving.
